If your purchase doesn't bring you complete holiday cheer, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the item back in its original manufacturer box with all protective foam inserts to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and affix it to the outside of the shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Leave your package at any authorized UPS or FedEx drop-off location. Your refund will be processed within 5 days of receipt.
